Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru seeks a seasoned .NET Architect to shape end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and microservices. You will lead modernization, cloud transformation, and migration initiatives while shaping scalable, resilient systems on Azure, containers, and event-driven patterns.

The role requires 9-15 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of software development experience with strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID, and DDD.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, SQL, Storage), containers.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Microservices.
• Lead modernization, cloud transformation, and migration initiatives.
• Design scalable, resilient systems leveraging Azure, containers, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, security frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementations, and application performance optimization.

Job description

.net Architect Technology->Architecture->Architecture - ALL,Technology->Microsoft Technologies->.NET Frameworks->.NET Core Preferred Skills Exposure to event-driven architecture, message queues, and distributed systems. Experience in React, Angular, or modern front-end frameworks. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and cloud-native development. Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent Master's Degree: M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent (preferred)

Required Skills

9-15 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework. Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Domain Driven Design (DDD). Experience with Azure Cloud Services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL, and Storage Services. Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD Pipelines. Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design principles. Experience in application security, authentication, authorization, and performance tuning. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
