Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced .NET Full Stack Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Microsoft, cloud, and frontend technologies. The role owns architecture, guides teams, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

You will mentor developers, drive TDD, and shape technical roadmaps while ensuring quality, security, and modern engineering practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, architecture, or full-stack experience, including architect-level work.
• Proven hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Design and implement Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on with ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3; GraphQL and BFF are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, and scalable distributed systems.
• Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases; Azure Cosmos DB preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOLID and object-oriented design; experience with TDD.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding teams.

Responsibilities

Required Technical Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application architecture, or full-stack development, with significant experience in an architect-level role.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with GraphQL and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Azure Cosmos DB.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and gRPC.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS and Vue.js; Angular experience is an advantage.
• Good programming knowledge in C#, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• Expert knowledge of SOLID principles and object-oriented design.
• Proven experience implementing software using Test-Driven Development (TDD).
