Iris Software, Inc. is seeking a skilled .NET-focused backend developer to join our growing team in India. You will design and build scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

You will own modules end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to CI/CD improvements and deployment automation. The role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Formación

• Mandatory skills include backend development with .NET, API design and integration.

Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable .NET enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.


• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.


• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.


• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization.


• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.


• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.


• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support solution delivery.


• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.


• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.


• Support CI/CD automation, deployment, and release readiness activities.
