Requirements Elicitation, Understanding, Analysis, & Management

• Understand the project's Vision and requirements, and create supplemental requirements and low‑level technical specifications for a particular platform or service solution.

Project Planning, Tracking & Reporting

• Estimate tasks and resources needed to design, build, and test code for assigned modules.
• Provide input in creating the detailed project schedule.
• Support the team in planning activities, evaluating risks, and prioritizing based on unresolved issues.
• Track progress, ensure modules meet schedules and quality, and note scope changes.
• Communicate scheduling and status changes regularly; participate in project review meetings.

Design

• Create detailed LLD designs for assigned pieces with possible alternate solutions.
• Ensure LLD designs meet business requirements, submit for review, and fix based on feedback.

Development & Support

• Build code for high‑priority and complex systems, following functional specifications, detailed design, and coding standards.
• Use code‑management processes to avoid versioning problems.
• Ensure code does not affect external or internal systems.
• Perform peer code reviews and act as the primary reviewer for application code compliance.

Testing & Debugging

• Attend Test Design walk‑throughs to verify plans meet all functions and features.
• Perform impact analysis for issues assigned to self and other engineers.
• Assist with problem solving and escalating urgent issues during testing.

Documentation

• Review technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Document and maintain reviewed code and unit test results.

Process Management

• Adhere to project and support processes, best practices, and SDLC cycle.
• Ensure responsible use of corporate funds, materials, and resources.
• Maintain adherence to SDLC, audits, and approved policies.

Coaching & Mentoring

• Act as a technical subject‑matter expert on system functionality and performance initiatives.
• Build team skills through formal or informal training sessions.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories for lessons learned.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in C#, Asp.Net (Core, Web Forms, Web APIs, MVC), Angular 2+, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript, T‑SQL, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries, responsive design, web services (API/WCF), secure website design, application architecture patterns, MS SQL Server, stored procedures, Git, Entity Framework, and interface creation between applications.
• Nice to have: Visual Studio 2019/20/22, SQL Server 2016/2019/2022, automated unit testing, progressive enhancement, XML/JSON, Continuous Integration, AWS services (SQS, S3, SNS, ECS).
• 5–7 years of experience in application design, defect identification, performance optimization, Agile coordination, Jira updates, and unit/simulation testing.

Education & Experience

• Education: B.E. Computers, IT/MCA/MSc IT/Computer Science.
• Experience: 6–8 years in application development, requirement analysis, and functional module development.

Other Requirements

• Occasional physical demands (0–33% of time).
• Travel: as required.
