Alight Solutions is hiring for a software developer in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will work on Java J2EE projects, developing back-end applications and RESTful APIs, while ensuring responsiveness and performance.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech./MCA (Full Time) with 3 years of development/application maintenance and support experience in skills shared above.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project's Vision and requirements, and contribute to the creation of the non-functional requirements, building the high-level technical specifications for Java projects.
• Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, build, and test the code.
• Hands-on experience on Java J2EE, Angular and Spring Boot microservices, Restful APIs.
• Good to have knowledge on DevOps and CI-CD pipeline.
• Develop back-end website applications.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Proficiency in microservices.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Follow industry best practices for coding standards to develop highly maintainable code.
• Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Develop application code and unit test in the Angular, Rest Web Services and Java technologies for the Application Development Center.
• Ensuring high performance.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Proficiency in JSON, AJAX, AWS cloud.
• Communicate thoroughly with the back‑end department to help build a best-practice RESTful API.
