Job summary

PeopleStrong in Gurugram (Haryana) seeks an experienced nephrologist with MBBS, PG and DM/DNB in Nephrology to lead clinical care in the Nephrology unit. You will supervise nursing and para-medical staff, interface with patients and clinicians, and be available for emergencies.

You will actively participate in CME, journal clubs and conferences, coordinate procurement and infrastructure needs, and help train nurses and technicians. Adherence to policies is expected.

Qualifications

MBBS with PG degree and DM/DNB in Nephrology.
Experience in nephrology clinical care and staff coordination.
Wamiliar with CME and teaching activities.

Responsibilities

To effectively interface with patients, nursing staff and all Clinicians.
To demonstrate effective application of technical & professional knowledge.
To provide medical care as required by the patients admitted in Nephrology units.
To be available for emergency calls.
To supervise all nursing/ para-medical & non medical staff to maintain high standards.
To actively participate in CME and Journal clubs & conferences.
To co-ordinate on matters relating to Provision of infrastructure and maintenance support, selection of medical consumables and equipment to be procured.
To facilitate teaching and training programs of nurses, Technicians, Oncology staff.
To ensure optimum utilization of resources by himself and subordinates.
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
