Role Description

The NEET Physics Educator will deliver clear, concept-oriented classroom teaching for NEET-level Physics to batches of students at our Indore location. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons aligned with the NEET syllabus, preparing teaching materials, and conducting interactive classes that simplify complex topics and problem-solving techniques. The educator will monitor student progress, provide doubt resolution, conduct regular tests, and analyze performance to guide learners effectively. Additional tasks involve collaborating with the academic team to refine course content and contributing to the development of study material and practice questions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with demonstrated experience in delivering NEET related Physics content.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured sessions, practice sets, and revision schedules.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engage with students of diverse learning levels.
• A solid academic background in Physics (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field) and familiarity with the NEET syllabus.
• Experience in classroom or coaching institute environments, along with the ability to use digital tools (presentations, online testing platforms) for teaching support.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NEET preparation segment.
