About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Native Android Developer with 6 months to 1.5 years of hands‑on experience in Android application development. The ideal candidate should have experience developing and maintaining Android applications using modern Android technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Debug and resolve application defects, crashes, and performance issues.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging Android technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and good understanding of Java.
• Hands‑on experience with Android Studio and Android SDK.
• Good understanding of Android app lifecycle and Activity/Fragment management.
• Experience with MVVM Architecture.
• Familiarity with Jetpack Components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation Component, Room Database, Data Binding/View Binding.
• Experience consuming REST APIs using Retrofit.
• Understanding of JSON parsing and API integration.
• Knowledge of Coroutines and asynchronous programming.
