Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Benefits Export Manager to design and manage benefits data integrations between HRIS/Benefits platforms and external carriers. You will handle Dell Boomi deployments, payroll/file feed formats, and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Benefits Administration or HRIS integrations.
• Hands-on Dell Boomi integration development experience.
• Experience building and supporting carrier eligibility and enrollment file feeds.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Retirement Plans, FSA, HSA.
• Experience with EDI standards, particularly ANSI 834 transactions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with file transfer technologies such as SFTP, APIs, and web services.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Export Manager to design, develop, manage, and support employee benefits data integrations between HRIS/Benefits Administration platforms and external insurance carriers, vendors, and third-party administrators. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dell Boomi, benefits eligibility file management, EDI transactions, and carrier connectivity. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely exchange of benefits data, supporting open enrollment activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and collaborating with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, carriers, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Integration Management Design, develop, implement, and maintain benefits eligibility and enrollment integrations using Dell Boomi. Configure and support inbound and outbound carrier file feeds, including eligibility, enrollment, demographic, life event, payroll deduction, and reconciliation files. Manage integrations between HRIS platforms, benefits administration systems, payroll systems, and insurance carriers. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout all benefit data exchange processes. Develop scalable integration solutions that support business growth and changing benefits requirements. Carrier File Administration Own the end-to-end lifecycle of carrier file implementations and ongoing maintenance. Analyze carrier specifications and map data requirements to system fields. Configure file formats including ANSI 834 EDI, CSV, Fixed-width files, XML, JSON and API-based integrations Perform carrier onboarding, testing, validation, and production deployments. Monitor scheduled file transmissions and address transmission failures. Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, implementation partners, and external carriers. Lead carrier implementation projects from requirements gathering through production deployment. Manage project timelines, risks, testing cycles, and issue resolution. Document technical specifications, mapping documents, and operational procedures. Troubleshooting & Support Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, integration failures, and enrollment issues. Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Support annual open enrollment activities and benefit plan changes. Create monitoring dashboards and proactive alerting mechanisms. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with organizational data privacy policies. Conduct audit reviews and reconciliation activities. Execute integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Maintain documentation for all integrations and change management activities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field. 3+ years of experience supporting Benefits Administration or HRIS integrations. Hands‑on Dell Boomi integration development experience.
