Job summary

Rescribe by Scorg Technologies is seeking an experienced NABH Consultant who has independently managed NABH accreditation projects for hospitals. The role requires guiding hospitals through the NABH process and managing client engagements end-to-end, including lead generation, onboarding, and project delivery.

You will travel across India to hospitals, conduct gap assessments, prepare for audits, and coordinate with hospital teams to implement quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of NABH accreditation experience in hospitals.
• Independent/freelance NABH consultant experience preferred.
• Doctors with NABH consulting experience will be given preference.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced NABH Consultant who has independently handled NABH accreditation projects for hospitals, preferably as a freelancer or consultant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in guiding hospitals through the NABH accreditation process and should also possess the ability to pitch, onboard, and manage hospital clients for our NABH consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for NABH consulting services.
• Meet hospital management, understand their requirements, and present NABH consulting solutions.
• Guide hospitals throughout the NABH accreditation journey.
• Conduct gap assessments and prepare hospitals for NABH audits.
• Develop implementation plans and coordinate with hospital teams.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, training, and quality initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with hospital management and stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales discussions, proposals, and client presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in NABH accreditation for hospitals.
• Experience as an independent/freelance NABH consultant will be highly preferred.
• Doctors (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS) with NABH consulting experience will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of NABH standards, hospital quality systems, and accreditation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage hospital engagements from lead generation to accreditation.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals across India.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctor or Healthcare Professional with NABH implementation experience.
• Certified NABH Assessor or Quality Professional will be an added advantage.
