Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a DB Administrator to manage MSSQL databases with high availability and performance tuning. The role involves configuring Always On groups, handling backups, DR planning, and patching across Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL environments.

You will implement security controls, automate tasks with PowerShell and T‑SQL, and work with development and infra teams for optimal database design and operation in both cloud and on‑premises settings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing MSSQL databases in high availability environments.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Knowledge of SOC1 and SOX controls and compliance.

Responsibilities
