Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Murex SIT Analyst to lead system integration testing across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office platforms.

You will develop SIT plans, execute test scripts and collaborate with analysts, developers and PMs to ensure end-to-end test coverage and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Murex MX.3 environments.
• Strong experience managing multiple Murex environments in banking.
• Deep understanding of Murex architecture and deployment lifecycle.
• Hands-on SIT and UAT testing experience.
• Strong SQL for backend testing and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SIT plans, test cases and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing across environments.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and PMs to define test scenarios.
• Support UAT and production validation activities.
• Validate market data, instruments, and transaction data with SQL.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects via JIRA or similar tools.
• Participate in test reviews, walkthroughs and sign-off activities.
• Ensure QA standards, regulatory requirements and testing best practices.
• Provide regular test status updates and metrics.

Hiring: Murex SIT Analyst (System Integration Testing)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Murex SIT Analyst to join a global financial services project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in System Integration Testing (SIT) for trading and settlement platforms, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to understand business requirements and define test scenarios.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.
• Validate market data feeds, financial instruments, and transaction data using SQL queries.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
• Participate in test reviews, walkthroughs, and quality sign-off activities.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, regulatory requirements, and testing best practices.
• Provide regular test status updates, reports, and testing metrics.
