Impronics Technologies is looking for a skilled Murex Support Engineer with 5–6 years of experience. The role involves development of planned changes for bank-wide projects, debugging Murex configurations, and collaborating with QA teams to ensure effective defect management.

Proficient knowledge of SQL and Unix is essential alongside cloud experience in AWS. The position requires a willingness to work in shifts and offers opportunities for technical solution design ownership.

Formación

• 5–6 years of Murex support experience.

Responsibilities

• Development of planned changes ranging from large bank-wide projects to CTB & RTB-type tasks
• Technical Analysis of changes, effort estimation, solution design, etc.
• Understanding the business requirements and end-to-end development
• Work with the QA team to ensure timely defect remediation and proper test coverage
• End-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with Business Analysts and Testing team
• Drive solution design discussions with the wider team and mentor/train more junior members of the team

Qualifications (Must have)

• 5–6 years of Murex support experience
• Good in at least one of the modules (MXML/DM) and some experience on all areas.
• Strong in SQL & Unix
• Good hands-on experience in debugging issues in Murex technical configuration (hands-on experience on resolving Datamart/ MXML pre & post-trade/ Realtime/ MRE VAR issues is a must)
• Markets Trading system experience, Murex, FX, Commodities, and Derivatives.
• OS: RHEL 7, Unix, and Java process knowledge
• Batch Schedule: Control-M, Control-M AFT
• Applying incident, change, and service management within a financial services environment
• Cloud: AWS
• Willing to work in shifts

Nice to have

• DevOps on Murex experience (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc) highly regarded
• Good Java experience, especially integrating Java code in MXML
• Exposure to Commodity type trades
• Technical solution design experience and start-to-end solution ownership
