We seek a seasoned Murex professional focused on Front Office to optimize pricing, booking, and batch processing. Collaboration with FO/BO/MO teams will drive STP solutions and robust transaction processing in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Murex Front Office experience on the Mx 3.1 platform.
• Experience with e-tradepad configurations.
• Proven experience with scalable, resilient transaction processing in financial markets.
• Strong analytical and logical problem solving.
• Very strong exposure to all asset classes.
• Exposure to trade lifecycle across FO/BO/MO.
• Knowledge of Front Office pricing and booking in Murex.
• Requirement analysis in Front Office for asset classes.
• Initial data analysis and test case review for production.
• Ability to propose solutions to facilitate rollouts and support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle Murex production batch processing including date rolls for various desks and entities.
• Configure the processing script for modules and debug issues.
• Monitor daily/monthly housekeeping jobs for accounting and market data.
• Provide support for overnight batch processing.
• Develop or configure processing scripts, reports, or feeders as part of Batch Support.
• Execute configuration and release management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handling Murex production batch processing includes Date rolls for Various desks and entities, accounting and reporting batches.
• Configuring the processing script for various modules and debugging the issues related to it.
• Performing or monitoring daily/monthly housekeeping jobs related to Accounting, Market data, etc.
• Providing support for overnight batch processing.
• Developing or configuring the processing script, report, or batch of feeders if required as part of Batch Support.
• Configuration management Release management.

Skills

Must have

• 6-8 years of experience in Murex system in the Front office modules of the Mx 3.1 platform
• Experience with e-tradepad configurations
• Proven experience working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets
• A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development.
• Very strong exposure to all asset classes
• Strong exposure to trade lifecycle across front office, back office, and middle office tiers
• Detailed knowledge of Murex Front office and previous exp in creating and updating simulation views as per user preference
• Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes
• Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test case suite
• Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts
• Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system
• Participate with internal business partners on cross-functional projects to provide STP solutions for pricing, distribution, and execution capabilities
• Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions, and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options
