Job summary

This is a full-time, permanent Multimedia Developer position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, sitting inside the multimedia cell that feeds our intelligence platforms and the campaigns our strategists run for sovereign, political, and enterprise clients across 18 countries. What you will actually do:

• Own the motion layer of live platform engagements end-to-end — from the first storyboard through the final Lottie export that ships in production
• Set the motion-language conventions our platform engineers and brand designers both consume — easing curves, duration scales, asset-spec templates
• Lead the motion direction for active campaigns alongside the strategist — pacing, transitions, brand-bumper sequencing for public-figure and political clients

Skills that matter: Advanced After Effects, Lottie production, Cinema 4D / Blender, Web animation literacy, Typography and kinetic-type mastery, Narrative structure.

Tools you will use: Adobe After Effects 2024 + ExtendScript, Cinema 4D + Octane / Blender + Cycles, Lottie / Bodymovin production pipeline, Figma + FigJam for storyboards and asset hand-off.
