Job summary

LSG - Legal Solutions Group is seeking a Multimedia Content Designer to craft engaging visual content for products, marketing campaigns, websites, and social channels. You will drive content from concept to final production, including videos, motion graphics, and digital assets.

You will collaborate with Marketing and BD teams to align with campaign goals, maintain branding, and deliver assets for launches, webinars, demos, and sales collateral.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Multimedia Content Designer to create engaging visual content for our products, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and sales initiatives.

The role will be responsible for taking content from concept to final production, including product videos, promotional videos, explainer videos, social media creatives, motion graphics, and other digital marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Multimedia Production

• Create product demonstration and feature videos for Bilr and other products.
• Produce marketing, promotional, explainer, and campaign videos.
• Edit and enhance recorded footage, screen recordings, presentations, and product demos.
• Create motion graphics, GFX, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Add voiceovers, subtitles, background music, sound effects, and other post-production elements.
• Create short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form marketing content.

Marketing Creative

• Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, thumbnails, and campaign assets.
• Convert marketing concepts and product messaging into compelling visual content.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to understand campaign objectives.
• Maintain consistency with company/product branding and visual guidelines.
• Create visual assets for product launches, webinars, demos, email campaigns, presentations, and sales collateral.

Product Content

• Develop visual content explaining product features, workflows, benefits, and use cases.
• Create product walkthroughs and software UI-based videos.
• Translate complex software functionality into simple, visually engaging content.
• Collaborate with the product team to keep product videos and visual assets updated.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio can be considered.

Experience

• 1.5–3 years of professional experience in video production, multimedia design, graphic design, digital content creation, or marketing content production.
• Experience creating content for B2B/SaaS/technology companies would be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
