Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including circuit analysis and load management.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using standard test equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
