Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru invites a MuleSoft specialist to provide support, maintain APIs, and work across the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role requires hands-on experience with Mule 4, REST APIs, and DataWeave 2.0.

You will collaborate in an Agile environment, handle SNOW ticketing, and implement integration patterns while following SDLC processes. Shifts are involved as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in MuleSoft support and API maintenance on the Anypoint Platform.
• Foundational knowledge of integration concepts; strong problem‑solving abilities; willingness to work in shifts.
• Familiarity with Mule 4, flows, connectors, and error handling strategies.
• Experience designing and building Mule APIs using Mule 4.4+.
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
• DataWeave 2.0 knowledge.
• Experience with integration patterns (point-to-point, publish-subscribe).
• Exposure to Git or any version control system.
• Experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in SNOW ticket management.

• 5+ years of experience in working as a Mulesoft support executive and maintenance of APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Must have foundational knowledge of integration concepts, strong problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to work in shifts.
• Should have familiarity with Mule 4, flows, connectors, and error handling strategies.
• Must have experience in design and build mule api’s using Mule 4.4 and above.
• Should have strong experience in Working knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML
• Good understanding of DataWeave 2.0
• Should have strong knowledge of integration patterns (point‑to‑point, publish‑subscribe)
• Exposure to Git or any version control system
• Should have working experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Should have working experience in SNOW tickets management

Must have experience in troubleshooting technical issue and providing solutions to it.
