Job summary

Tryzens is seeking a seasoned MuleSoft specialist in Kerala to lead API design and integration efforts. You will work with clients and developers to clarify requirements, design RAML-based APIs, and ensure alignment with Anypoint Platform components.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in MuleSoft, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through discovery, planning and delivery while upholding coding standards and architectural best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience across the Anypoint Platform.
• Design and develop RAML-based APIs using Anypoint API Platform.
• Knowledge of Monitoring, Visualizer, Audit Log and Analytics features.
• Experience with cloudhub architecture (shared/dedicated VPC, load balancers).

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery phase and provide estimation of requirements.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Participate in discovery phase
• Provide estimation of business requirements
• Highlight possible flows and inconsistencies in business requirements
• Work closely with software architects and business analysts to ensure requirements are crystal clear and properly translated into work packages
• Assign tasks to relevant development resources
• Review estimates with developers to assure business requirements can be delivered on time with the desired code quality (only in case developers have raised concerns around estimation)
• Work closely with clients and developers on resolving issues related to design and requirements
• Implement efficient and effective strategies for software development
• Ensure that development coding standards, policies and procedures are strictly followed
• Ensure all team members apply same technologies, tools and techniques during development lifecycle
• Provide high level solutions and estimations for business needs based on accumulated business knowledge
• Review Functional Specification Documents and highlight possible flaws, deviations from initial business requirements or new functionalities being pushed through updated requirements and designs
• Ensure that the final deliverable within the development team satisfies the business requirements as specified
• Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule
• Demonstrate flexibility to respond to change in business requirements
• Contribute to the process of continuous improvement by highlighting pain points in the projects phase pre-sale, discovery, planning, development/delivery
• Demonstrate ownership of all work developed by the team members
• Ensure project workflow is strictly followed by all team members
• Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members
• Build and promote a positive working environment for the team
• Effectively manage team members in line with company policy and procedures, including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of experience in working with MuleSoft
• Technical experience on various components of Anypoint Platform like Anypoint Platform, Anypoint runtime manager, Api manager, Design center, Enterprise Service Bus and Messaging Queues.
• Experience in designing and developing RAML based APIs using Anypoint API Platform.
• Knowledge of various anypoint platform components provided for analysis such as Monitoring, Visualizer, Audit Log, Analytics etc
• Knowledge in different aspects cloudhub architecture like shared VPC, dedicated VPC, Shared load balancer, Dedicated load balancer
• Good understanding about various processing strategies in mule and various thread pools used for different components internally.
• Leading technical and business discussion with clients and internal teams
• Excellent communication skills

Preferences will be given to candidates with:

• Technical expertise in other middleware tools and technologies
• APIs and middleware : REST, JSON, SOAP, Web Services
• Experience with retail online eCommerce integrations including OMS (open source or packages like WCS/HYBRIS/SFCC/Magento/Newstore etc.)
• Experience in deploying Mule apps to On-prem/ third party cloud service providers other than cloudHub Using Mule Standalone Runtime.
• Experience in using various components of salesforce connector to integrate multiple systems with salesforce ecosystem.
