Overview

We are seeking a MuleSoft developer to create a bi‑directional real‑time integration between Epicor ERP and Salesforce. The solution must keep customer, sales, and inventory data in sync instantly, expose the data for real‑time reporting in Salesforce, and push any updates back to Epicor without lag.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy the integration on MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform using a best‑practice API‑led approach (System, Process, Experience APIs). Implement real‑time event handling, robust error logging, and retry logic. Ensure the design is clean, well‑documented, and scalable for future enhancements.

Deliverables

• Fully documented MuleSoft project (source + deployable package)
• Configurable connectors and transformation scripts for customer, sales, and inventory objects
• Real‑time event handling with robust error logging and retry logic
• Guide for activating custom reports in Salesforce and mapping fields back to Epicor
• Post‑deployment smoke test results proving real‑time sync is working end‑to‑end

Qualifications

Extensive experience with MuleSoft, including Anypoint Platform, API design, and integration with ERP and CRM systems. Proven ability to build clean, future‑proof integrations using the System, Process, and Experience API pattern. Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and experience with real‑time data synchronization.
