Job summary

Zensar is seeking an experienced Automation Manager to lead enterprise-wide test automation initiatives in India. You will define automation strategies, manage teams across multiple projects, and drive adoption of scalable automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and enterprise apps.

The role requires strong expertise in automation tools, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies, with a focus on governance, performance, and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading automation teams.
• Experience designing enterprise automation frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in web, API, mobile, and UI automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading automation teams.
• Strong experience in designing enterprise automation frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in web, API, mobile, and UI automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven testing tools and automation platforms.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, ISTQB, or Automation Testing.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
• Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Banking, or Healthcare domains.
