Job summary

ETG is seeking a Functional Consultant with 2–4 years of MSD365 F&O experience and strong Finance/Accounting domain knowledge. You will handle end-to-end MSD365 F&O implementations, including project prep to go-live, and participate in rollouts and support projects.

The candidate should have solid experience in core financial modules (AP/AR/GL/FA/Cash & Bank) and capable of testing, training end users, and providing month-end support. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CA Inter, B.Com, ICWA, MBA or any Graduate (Finance/Accounting)
• MSD365 certification will be an added advantage
• 2-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting and MSD365 F&O
• At least one end-to-end MSD365 F&O implementation experience (from Project Preparation to Go-Live)
• Experience in rollout/support projects is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist in MSD365 F&O configuration, integration, and testing
• Prepare functional specs for AX enhancements and integrations
• Lead month-end close activities and ensure all module integrations align
• Provide end-user training and ongoing application support
• Interact with business process owners to analyze new requirements and assess benefits

Job description

This role requires domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and MSD365 functional expertise.

• CA Inter, B. Com, ICWA, MBA or any Graduate (Preferably in Finance/Accounting), MSD365 certification will be added advantage.

Functional Consultant

• 2-4 years of experience.
• Must 2+ years of experience in MSD365 F&O
• Must have at least one e2e MSD365 F&O implementation experience. (Project Preparation to till Go-Live) and one or two roll out/support projects experience is mandatory.

Skill set Required:

• 2+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O.
• Experience in developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations.
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
• Extensive experience in core financial modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, CASH & BANK and Budgeting
• Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing.
• Application support and training of end users
• Month end support to the Finance team, ensure that all the month end processes, and integration of modules are completed before the month close.
• Identify, analyze and study if any new requirement highlighted by any Business Process owners and prepare the benefit analysis.
