Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4–10 years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.
• End-to-end CRM implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop FDD and TDD documents.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, JS, ribbon customizations, and Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP and third-party apps using REST APIs, Web API, Azure, or Logic Apps.
• Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or other ETL tools.
• Design and develop reports using SSRS and Power BI.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide technical guidance and functional support to business users.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend performance improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
