Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA), along with Post Graduation in a relevant field of engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum 6 years of overall post-qualification working experience

Out of which, minimum 2 years experience in suburban railway project planning and liaison with State Government agencies and multi-lateral funding agencies (such as AIIB/MDBs)
