Job summary

LEADSPACE is seeking a Field Executive for Bengaluru to perform hands-on mounting and unmounting of hoarding creatives across the Greater Bangalore Area and metro sites. The role requires working at heights outdoors with safety gear and daily travel to various sites.

Responsibilities include mounting/unmounting, handling printed materials, reporting issues, and maintaining tools. Preference for candidates with a two-wheeler and readiness for field conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8th/10th pass.
• 1-3 years of experience in mounting/rigging/height work (training provided).
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mounting/un-mounting of flex/vinyl creatives on hoardings, unipoles and other structures.
• Work at heights using ladders, cradles and harnesses as per safety guidelines.
• Assist in loading, unloading and handling printed material at sites.
• Report structure damage or maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain tools and mounting equipment in good condition.
