Job summary

NISHANI is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur to join the creative team. You’ll translate briefs into engaging video content, blending motion graphics with brand-consistent visuals for social media and paid ads.

You will collaborate with the marketing team and founders, taking ownership from idea through execution, while evolving Nishani’s visual language and staying ahead with new formats and techniques.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics and video design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content while maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Taking briefs and independently developing engaging video content.
• Creating motion graphics, social media videos, reels and paid ad creatives.
• Editing video footage and creating polished final edits.
• Shooting footage when required and owning the post-production process.
• Creating content that is visually engaging while following brand guidelines.
• Understanding platform-specific formats and adapting content accordingly.
• Bringing fresh ideas to briefs and evolving Nishani’s visual language.

Motion Graphics Designer

We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join the creative team at NISHANI, based in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content while staying true to our brand guidelines.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team and founders, taking briefs from concept to final execution and creating content across social media and paid advertising.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking creative briefs and independently developing them into engaging video content
• Creating motion graphics, social media videos, reels and paid ad creatives
• Editing video footage and creating polished final edits
• Shooting footage when required and taking ownership of the entire post-production process
• Creating content that is visually engaging while staying within NISHANI’s brand guidelines
• Understanding how creative needs to adapt across different platforms and formats
• Bringing your own creative input and ideas to briefs
• Working with the team to continuously evolve NISHANI’s visual language
• Creating a mix of motion graphics, video edits, animations and other visual content
• Exploring and incorporating new creative formats and techniques where relevant

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics / video design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• A strong creative eye and attention to detail
• Ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content without compromising on brand consistency
• Ability to independently take a brief from idea → execution → final output
• Good understanding of social media content and what makes creative work across different platforms
• Understanding of paid social / performance creative and the ability to create content suited to different objectives and formats
• Comfortable with both motion graphics and regular video editing
• Ability to shoot and work with video footage when required
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, composition and transitions
• Willingness to experiment and bring fresh ideas to the table

Experience with 3D/CGI, AI video tools or other emerging creative technologies is a bonus.
