Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and/or graphic design.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, paid ads, and client campaigns.
• Design eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Display).

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion + Graphic Editor with 3+ years of experience to join the Digital ROI team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content — from social media creatives and ad campaigns to explainer videos and branded collateral — that drives engagement and measurable ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, paid ads, and client campaigns.
• Design eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Display).
• Develop motion graphics, reels, and story-format content aligned to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage and organise the creative asset library for efficient project workflows.
• Perform colour grading, audio syncing, and post-production finishing for video deliverables.
• Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time.
• Stay updated with design trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and/or graphic design (agency or digital marketing background preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for video editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video and graphic work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Good communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and A/B testing visuals (nice to have).
