Compensation Model: Gig Worker / High Commission (30% - 50% of service charges billed)

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team as a performance-based Gig Worker. This role offers an extremely competitive commission structure, directly rewarding your creative speed and technical expertise in animation. You will be responsible for bringing static concepts, graphics, and data to life through engaging motion design for digital marketing and corporate video needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Animation Production: Design and execute high-quality 2D and 2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and explainer video segments using Adobe After Effects.
• Software Mastery: Utilize Adobe After Effects to its fullest potential and integrate seamlessly with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Post-Production & Finalizing: Ensure all videos include synchronized sound effects, music, and clean audio mixing.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with operations and design teams to understand storyboards and client objectives.
• Efficiency & Delivery: Manage production timelines to ensure rapid turnaround, particularly for social media video formats.
• Communication: Effectively receive and process creative briefs and revision requests in fluent Malayalam and English.

Mandatory Requirements
