About the Role

Location: Infopark Thrissur, Kerala Experience Required: 0–2 Years We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic & Motion Graphics Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in both static and motion-based design, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for digital platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Create graphics for brochures, flyers, social media, e-newsletters, banners, and presentations.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce motion graphics and videos for marketing and social platforms.
• Edit and enhance raw footage into high-quality video content.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver creative outputs.
• Ensure brand consistency, follow design trends, and incorporate feedback with attention to detail.
• Manage multiple design and video tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion/video work (academic or freelance accepted).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of animation, video editing, motion graphics, and audio editing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
