Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life through engaging videos and eye-catching graphics that showcase our RADIUS platform to global enterprise audiences. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to shape our visual storytelling across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce promotional, how-to, explainer, and social media videos for RADIUS and other brand initiatives.
• Design graphic elements such as thumbnails, banners, infographics, and social media creatives.
• Develop motion graphics, animated text, and basic visual effects.
• Support storyboarding and visual concept development for new video ideas.
• Optimize video and graphic content for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Maintain organized project files, manage media asset libraries, and handle multiple revisions efficiently.
• Stay updated with creative trends, industry formats, and editing techniques.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video and design work, ideally for B2B or tech brands.
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, color correction, sound syncing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with explainer videos, product walkthroughs, or SaaS marketing content.
• Familiarity with basic audio editing.
• Understanding of UI/UX to design product demos or screen flows.
• Ability to coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if needed.
