• Optimize resource allocation for timely delivery of visual content.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in video and audio editing software such as Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• Strong grasp of design principles, layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
• Effective visual communication skills to convey messages and stories through design.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing visual or art teams at an advertising/digital/marketing agency.
• In-depth knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Art/Design or equivalent certification.
• Video editing courses or certifications showcasing proficiency in video editing software.
• Participation in various categories of videography/editing contests, if any.
