Job summary

EchorTech is seeking a Graphic & Motion Designer to shape branding, graphics, motion and AI-enabled visuals for product communication. You will collaborate with product, design and leadership teams to translate ideas into modern, memorable visuals.

The role goes beyond social media design, requiring strong typography, color, and storytelling across branding assets, launch materials and video content. On-site setup supports fast delivery and cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion design or marketing creative roles.
• Strong portfolio covering branding, graphic design, motion and video.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling.

About the Role

EchorTech is looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to help shape how our company and products are presented through branding, graphics, motion and video.

This is not just a social media design role. We are looking for someone who can understand a product or idea and turn it into strong, modern and memorable visual communication.

You will work closely with our product, design and leadership teams, and use AI creative tools as part of your everyday workflow.

What You’ll Do

• Create branding, social creatives, ads, presentations, launch assets and marketing visuals
• Build and maintain brand identities, templates and design systems
• Create motion graphics, product animations, explainers and launch videos
• Edit short-form and marketing videos for LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts and campaigns
• Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, ideation, scripts and creative production
• Turn technical products and features into simple, engaging visual stories
• Manage multiple creative requests and deliver high-quality work on time

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion design or marketing creative roles
• Strong portfolio covering branding, graphic design, motion and video
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Good working knowledge of Figma
• Practical experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT image tools, Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika or similar
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for ideation and creative workflows
• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, ElevenLabs, HeyGen or similar tools is a plus
