Job summary

Agile DNA, LLC in India seeks a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to own visual communication across digital, social media, campaigns, product marketing, events and video. The role covers static graphics, campaign concepts, videos, animations and motion graphics.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in graphic design and video, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. B2B SaaS or tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design or related roles.
• Excellent conceptual and creative thinking with a strong eye for design.
• Strong expertise in graphic design, branding, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Figma experience is a plus.
• Ability to work across both static and moving visual formats.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI or technology is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video/motion work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, product launches, social media and brand initiatives.
• Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, presentations, events, product marketing and other digital channels.
• Create campaign visuals and adapt concepts across static, video and animated formats.
• Conceptualise, edit and produce engaging videos for social media, product marketing, events and brand communications.
• Create motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography and other visual effects where required.
• Translate complex AI, technology and product concepts into simple, engaging visual stories.
• Maintain consistency across brand identity, typography, imagery and visual language.
• Work closely with Marketing, Content, Product and Leadership teams to develop and execute creative ideas.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Stay updated with emerging design, video, animation and AI-powered creative tools.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of our visual communication across digital, social media, campaigns, product marketing, events and video.

The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller who can take an idea from brief to execution - creating everything from static graphics and campaign concepts to videos, animations and motion graphics.
