Overview

We are seeking a Junior Motion Graphics Artist and Video Editor with a strong portfolio, AI proficiency and design acumen. In this role, your primary focus will be creating social media reels and other marketing assets. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand identity across various platforms and creatives while keeping up with trends to support UGC content pipeline with a focus on western markets across a variety of niches.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Graphics & Video Editing (Primary Focus):
  • Fast pace post production process focusing on speed and quality.
  • Adobe users on Mac preferred, good understanding of the basics of After Effects and Premiere Pro, with tertiary understanding of Illustrator and Photoshop to be used as Dynamic Link Assets.
  • Concept communication skills. The ability to visually represent complex messaging.
  • Good handle over manipulating footage tonality using CC, motion and effects.
  • AI Experience. Working knowledge of AI content generation.
• Graphics and Stills:
  • Ability to work with templates and create recurring posts using Photoshop.
  • Ability to do AI graphic design and add final touches in Photoshop.
  • Baseline knowledge of Illustrator for vector asset generation and manipulation.
  • File organization skills that enable easy project collaboration.
  • Good ideation and communication skills.

Technical Proficiency

• Good proficiency with file types and systems.
• Motion Graphics and Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with a solid understanding of pacing, professional transitions, and audio balancing. Proficiency in Chroma Keying, Motion Tracking (Mocha experience is highly desirable).
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to alignment, spacing, and brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Professionalism: You are a strong communicator who can take creative direction, incorporate feedback gracefully, and manage multiple design tasks in a structured manner.
