Job summary

What’s Up Wellness in Gurgaon is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to craft engaging motion creatives and performance ads, blending design, animation, and AI-generated content. You will design and animate products, graphics, typography, and campaigns using Photoshop and After Effects, collaborating with the marketing team to deliver high-impact visuals for digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects with motion design experience.
• Understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and visual design.
• Hands-on expertise in Graph Editor, easing, timing, transitions, and text animation.
• Experience with AI image/video generation tools and integrating AI assets into creative work.
• Strong visual taste and ability to create polished creatives without relying on presets.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate visual creatives using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, including products, graphics, typography, and campaign concepts.
• Create short-form motion creatives for performance marketing ads across digital platforms.
• Develop AI-powered visuals and transformations and integrate AI-generated assets into creative campaigns.
• Create smooth animations, transitions, and motion sequences using timing, easing, and Graph Editor.
• Enhance creatives with music and sound design to create engaging and polished motion content.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into high-quality motion creatives while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail.
