Job summary

Digimonk Marketing in Baner, Pune is seeking a creative Motion + Graphic Editor with 3+ years of experience to produce high‑quality visual content for social media creatives, ad campaigns, explainers and branded collateral.

You will edit short and long form videos, design static and animated graphics, apply brand guidelines, and collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and/or graphic design (agency or digital marketing background preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for video editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, paid ads, and client campaigns.
• Design eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Display).
• Develop motion graphics, reels, and story-format content aligned to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage and organise the creative asset library for efficient project workflows.
• Perform colour grading, audio syncing, and post-production finishing for video deliverables.
• Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time.
• Stay updated with design trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices.

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion + Graphic Editor with 3+ years of experience to join the Digital ROI team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content from social media creatives and ad campaigns to explainer videos and branded collateral — that drives engagement and measurable ROI for our clients.

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 3+ Years

Working days: Monday - Friday ( 5 days working )

Shift timing: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video and graphic work
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
• Good communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and A/B testing visuals (nice to have)
