Job summary

LetzBizz in Thoraipakkam, Chennai, is seeking a Mongo DB&A NoSQL DBA with 4-7 years of experience. The role focuses on production support for MongoDB and NoSQL, plus Windows/Linux administration and ITIL-aligned service management.

You will collaborate in a DevOps/Agile environment, handle AD/Windows Servers, and work with multiple SQL and NoSQL databases. The position is full-time and on-site in Chennai.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of database administration experience, with a focus on NoSQL and MongoDB.
• Education: any graduate; postgraduate preferred.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, NoSQL and related database ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level production support for MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Servers for integration.
• Support Linux-based DB operations and environments.
• Handle end-user issues with Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint and related tools.
• Work with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL; familiarity a plus.
• Familiarity with Apache HTTPD and open-source stacks.
• Understand basic LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP protocols.
• Use Jira Service Desk, Remedy or ServiceNow for issue tracking.
• Engage in Agile SDLC and support CI/CD with Git/GitLab.
• Leverage AWS tools (EC2, Workspaces, Code Deployment, IAM).
• Apply ITIL best practices for IT service management.
