Role Objective

The incumbent will be responsible for finance controllership for multiple subsidiaries in the Enterprise (B2B) vertical.

Role Responsibilties

• – Full responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost and revenue accounting, book closing, MIS reporting, audits, financial controls and compliances for multiple legal entities.
• – Handling audits and interface with compliance matters, including corporate matters.
• – Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financial analytic needs.
• – Formulate & drive business plans / strategies for existing and new revenue streams
• – Co-own the P&L and KPIs along with business teams. Partner with sales teams to drive performance and productivity of business teams. Managing AP & AR metrics
• – Risk assessment
• – Anchor monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads
• – Drive operational excellence through deep-dive analytics on business drivers and leading the change/execution with operating teams

Qualification & Experience

• – 10-13 years of experience in controllership role with a senior level stint in Enterprise (B2B)/ Manufacturing
• – Exposure to financial reporting standards, financial analysis, tax regulations, laws and any other compliance requirements
• – Should have exposure to ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle Netsuit etc.
• – Strong general management capabilities
• – Business finance, Team management, partner & work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• – Good communication & people management skills Experience in start-up eco-system will be a plus
