Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on firmware experience to work on Zephyr RTOS in Pune. You will develop production-quality firmware, contribute to BSP/board bring-up, and build device drivers for SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, CAN, and GPIO while debugging hardware and silicon bring-up.

Strong C programming, RTOS fundamentals, and familiarity with DeviceTree, Kconfig, West, and Git are essential, along with unit tests and embedded debugging

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
• Hands-on expertise in Zephyr RTOS.
• Experience with BSP development and board bring-up.
• Knowledge of DeviceTree, Kconfig, West build system, and Zephyr driver framework.
• Driver development for SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, GPIO, PWM.
• Experience debugging hardware with JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Familiarity with Git, unit testing, and embedded debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-quality firmware for Zephyr RTOS-based projects.
• Perform BSP/board bring-up and firmware integration.
• Develop and optimize device drivers for SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, CAN, GPIO, PWM.
• Debug hardware, FPGA prototypes, or silicon bring-up using JTAG and scopes.
• Collaborate on code quality with Git, testing, and debugging tooling.

Embedded Software Engineer -Embedded C, Zephyr RTOS (4-6 Years)

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in embedded firmware development and strong hands-on expertise in Zephyr RTOS. Candidates should have proven experience in developing production-quality firmware, BSP/board bring-up, device driver development, and hardware debugging.
