Job summary

YASH is hiring .NET professionals with strong DevOps and SRE expertise across deployment, automation, and cloud-native architectures. The role requires MS .NET, Azure, ADF, CI/CD and experience in eCommerce (Optimizely).

Manage incidents, drive automation, and lead a team to ensure reliable, scalable systems. The job entails end-to-end deployment ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing process improvements to reduce risk and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in deployment processes and tools including release, change and rollback strategies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation across environments.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, Agile, and ITIL practices.
• Hands-on MS .NET, Azure, ADF, CI/CD pipelines and related technologies.
• Experience in eCommerce domain with Optimizely (B2B).
• Experience in project risk, scope and team management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Boards, metrics and reporting.
• Proven production support for MS .NET applications.

Responsibilities

• Possess 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, deployments or SRE.
• Lead incident management using ITIL/ITSM processes and tools.
• Work independently with strong task prioritization and time management.
• Lead a team of engineers focused on deployments and SRE practices.
• Oversee end-to-end deployments with automation, monitoring, and alerting for reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes and tools to reduce risk.
• Implement SRE practices including monitoring, capacity planning and incident handling.
• Collaborate with development to build resilient, scalable architectures and promote DevOps/SRE adoption.
• Evaluate and maintain automation tools to streamline operations and reliability.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize impact and prevent recurrences.
• Define and track KPIs/SLOs for reliability and performance.
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes and incident reports.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on software deployments and SRE practices.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment processes, implementing automation, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
• Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident management.
• Collaborate with development teams to build resilient and scalable application architectures while promoting DevOps and SRE adoption.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation tools to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.
• Lead incident management activities including response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce impact, restore services quickly, and implement preventive measures for future incidents.
• Establish and maintain effective monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
• Define and track KPIs and SLOs to measure system reliability, performance, and availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for deployment processes, system configurations, and incident reports.

Preferred certifications include Certified DevOps Engineer, or SRE-related certifications.
