Job summary

YASH Technologies is hiring Microsoft Power BI professionals in Bengaluru to design and deploy interactive dashboards and reports that drive data‑driven decision making. The role requires deep experience in data visualization, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, with ability to connect to multiple sources including Oracle BI, SQL, APIs and data lakes.

You will lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable BI solutions.

Job Description

Strong analytical mindset, extensive experience in data visualization, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support decision‑making processes.

1. Design, develop, test and deploy interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
2. Knowledge on MS Fabric architecture
3. Focus on user experience and story‑telling design of the dashboard
4. Create and maintain efficient data models and relationships to optimize report performance
5. Data connectivity with Multiple Sources - Oracle BI, SQL, API’s, Dataflows, Data lakes, Data Warehouse
6. AdvancedDAX (Data Analysis Expressions)for complex calculations.
7. StrongPower Query (M language) scriptingfor transformations.
8. ETL Query Writing knowledge on SQL
9. Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to enhance Power BI report efficiency.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve issues
11. Prepare detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, process workflows, and user guides.
12. Implement Power BI service administration, including RLS & OLS, workspace management, data security policies and deployment pipelines
13. should be able to lead and guide the team to ensure smootth delivery.
