Job summary

Nestdigital is seeking a seasoned backend engineer to own and guide Lambda platform services and microservices modules for a live connected vehicle cloud platform. You will break changes into tasks, mentor engineers, and lead root-cause analysis on L3 defects, while ensuring robust code reviews and up-to-date runbooks.

You will work with Java, Node.js or Python, leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, REST microservices and Docker, and databases like MongoDB or MySQL.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of backend development experience.
• Strong in Java, Node.js or Python.
• AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

• Has mentored 3 or more engineers.

The platform serves multiple vehicle programmes on the road today, so reliability comes first. You will own the Lambda platform services and microservices modules, and guide the engineers who work on them.
