Job summary

NeST Digital Pvt Ltd. is seeking a senior data engineer to join a team supporting a live connected vehicle cloud platform for a leading Indian automotive OEM. You will own the ingestion and processing modules and guide the engineers who build them, ensuring reliability across multiple vehicle programmes.

Qualifications include 7–9 years in data engineering with MQTT, AWS IoT Rules and Lambda; Python, Node.js or Java; MongoDB aggregation/indexing and SQL. Nice-to-have Redis and Kinesis.

Qualifications

7–9 years in data engineering.
Proficient with MQTT, AWS IoT Rules and Lambda.
Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js or Java.
Experience with MongoDB aggregation and indexing.
Solid SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own the ingestion and processing modules.
Plan and review work by senior and software engineers.
Solve complex defects and tune queries and indexes.
Run data-quality checks and keep runbooks current.
