Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Anaplan Modeler to join our Financial Planning and Performance Management (FPPM) team.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Anaplan models supporting global forecasting, planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of hands-on Anaplan model building, strong FP&A/EPM knowledge, and experience with PlanIQ, New UX, ALM, PLANUAL 2, and AWS Data Lake.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Anaplan modelling and functional planning experience.
• Deep understanding of FP&A/FPPM or EPM processes.
• Knowledge of PlanIQ, New UX, ALM using New UX, PLANUAL 2.
• Strong experience with AWS Data Lake.
• Experience with data integration between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Ability to adapt to multiple use cases such as FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Anaplan models to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Execute the development and implementation of complex enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects within Anaplan, providing regular status updates to Finance Business Partners.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Anaplan models.
• Ensure model scalability, efficiency, and data integrity across processes.
• Integrate Anaplan with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Provide expertise regarding platform framework for each business, design methodology and calculations.

Job Descreption

Looking for an experienced Lead Anaplan Modeler who will be closely work with Financial Planning and Performance Management (FPPM) team. The candidate is expected to have strong expertise in Anaplan modelling, financial planning, and enterprise performance management (EPM). Resource will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Anaplan models that drive financial forecasting, planning, and reporting across global business functions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on with 5-7 Years of experience on Anaplan model building and functional planning
• Deep understanding of Financial Planning & Performance Management (FPPM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes.
• Well versed with all the latest concepts in Anaplan such as PlanIQ, New UX, ALM using New UX, PLANUAL 2.
• Strong experience in AWS Data Lake
• Experience with Data Integration between Anaplan and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to adapt to multiple use cases such as FP&A
• Anaplan L3 certified or Architect certified is preferable
