Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Modular Kitchen Designer cum Sales professional located in New Delhi. The role involves meeting walk-in and referred customers, understanding their requirements, and proposing modular kitchen layouts that align with space, budget, and functional needs. The designer will create and modify kitchen plans using appropriate design tools, coordinate material and hardware selections, and prepare detailed quotations. Daily tasks include explaining product features, negotiating and closing sales, following up with clients, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation. The role also includes maintaining showroom displays, documenting client interactions, and contributing to local marketing and lead-generation activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to design functional and aesthetic modular kitchen layouts, including space planning and basic knowledge of materials and hardware.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, present solutions clearly, and close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in basic design or CAD software and comfort with using digital tools to create and share plans and quotations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and professional approach in face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Attention to detail, basic numerical skills for measurements and costing, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
