Kyndryl is hiring a Modernization Engineer in Bengaluru (hybrid). You will design, deploy and manage autonomous agents, integrate them across cloud services, and enforce security and governance in enterprise AI deployments.

Strong focus on measurable business value and customer outcomes. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers and product teams to refine agent architectures, optimize performance, and deliver scaled AI solutions across client environments.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building AI solutions, multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Full-stack development experience using Python, React.js, and TypeScript with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB) and vector databases; experience with RAG architectures.
