Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Professional to conduct industry-standard mock interviews for our students. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current market expectations and the technical domains we offer training in. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing student preparedness and aligning our mock interview standards with real-world industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical mock interviews with industry-level depth and rigor.
• Evaluate student performance through cross-questioning, real-time problem-solving, and scenario-based assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their technical and communication skills.
• Stay updated with current industry trends, job market requirements, and evolving technical skill demands.
• Collaborate with the academic/training team to refine interview processes and maintain high-quality assessment standards.
• Travel to other branches once or twice a month, as per schedule, to conduct sessions or support related activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in relevant technical domains.
