Job summary

TestYantra Software Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Mobile Lead to drive delivery of native iOS and Android apps in a hybrid work setup. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and collaborate with backend and security teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Swift, Kotlin, modern UI frameworks, and secure mobile development, plus experience designing CI/CD pipelines, app signing, and deployment to enterprise devices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading delivery of native mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular architecture, or equivalent.
• Experience leading mobile developers and conducting code reviews.
• Strong experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and backend platforms.
• Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID, MSAL, or equivalent enterprise authentication.
• Strong understanding of secure mobile development, secure storage, token handling, encryption, app permissions, and API security.
• Experience designing apps for organisation-managed devices and enterprise mobile deployment.
• Experience with MDM/MAM, Conditional Access, app protection policies, device compliance, and Intune or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with push notifications and real-time user updates.
• Experience with app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, key stores, release channels, and environment management.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android builds.
• Strong debugging, performance optimisation, crash analysis, and production support experience.
• Ability to work with architecture, security, IAM, EUC, network, cloud, and testing teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions to stakeholders.
