Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• QA Engineer with strong knowledge of software products and testing.
• 5+ years hands-on software testing experience with strong Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on mobile application testing and automation is mandatory.
• Experience in Mobile Test Automation frameworks/tools is mandatory.
• Experience with Android and iOS testing, STLC, Agile/SCRUM, API testing, and debugging with ADB.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Prepare and execute manual and automated test cases with maximum coverage.
• Identify defects, log them, and track resolution with dev teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and report quality metrics.

Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• QA Engineer with strong business, technical, and functional knowledge of software products.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands‑on experience in mobile application testing and automation is mandatory.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Strong experience in Manual Testing, including:
  • Functional Testing

• Mandatory hands‑on experience in Automation Testing.
• Experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.

Test Automation & Development

• Develop, enhance, maintain, and execute automated test suites/scripts.
• Identify suitable test scenarios for automation and maximize automation coverage.
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Execute automated regression and functional test suites.
• Analyze automation execution results and identify failures.
• Maintain reusable and scalable automation scripts/frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build/deployment pipelines.
• Experience with DevOps/ADC or similar tools.
• Experience with Web/Mobile testing tools.

Test Execution & Reporting

• Prepare test cases/scripts with maximum test coverage.
• Execute both manual and automated test scenarios.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics.
• Prepare detailed test execution and defect reports.
• Track testing progress, risks, issues, and quality status.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within defined schedules.

Defect Logging & Debugging

• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using project-standard defect management tools.
• Experience with debugging mobile application issues.
• Knowledge of ADB (Android Debug Bridge) and other relevant mobile debugging tools.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and perform initial analysis of system/application failures.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.

Collaboration & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate test plans, test status, risks, and quality concerns effectively.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Take ownership of product quality and ensure testing standards are followed.
• Adhere to project schedules and deliverables.
