Job summary

Cybage is seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer focused on Mobile Testing across iOS and Android. The role involves manual and automated testing to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of mobile apps.

You will work on mobile app testing, mobile web testing, and automation using Appium from our Pune office. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with native/hybrid apps, strong automation scripting skills in Java/JavaScript, and familiarity with API testing in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in Mobile QA Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in iOS (iPhone) and Android testing.
• Experience in Mobile Application Testing and Mobile Web Testing.
• Hands-on experience in Mobile Automation Testing using Appium.
• Proficiency in automation scripting using Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test suites.
• Good understanding of API testing and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of mobile applications.
• Test native, hybrid, and mobile web applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in test planning, effort estimation, sprint activities, and release validation.
• Ensure high product quality by identifying risks, recommending improvements, and driving best testing practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
